Client "First Floor Refresh" was a pleasure to work with! We are so pleased with the end result. The entire first floor has undergone a re-design and now feels fresh and updated while maintaining all of the client personality. The clients had numerous family heirlooms they wanted to continue to display in their home, but needed help. Our goal was to incorporate the old with the new, to create a comfortable, inviting space that represented their family and provided them a space they can, and actually want to, use!

We worked to incorporate the china cabinet (family heirloom), sofa and chair (both from the family room, which got it’s own re-do,) an antique rocker with deep, personal meaning, and the coffee table, (bought on a vacation and had been in storage for years.) We painted the room a rich, warm color and added custom draperies that added color and depth to the entire space. We swapped the light fixture, and added textiles and accessories where needed. Spatial planning and rehanging existing art proved impactful, but the best part is all of our client’s most loved items remained, creating a space with meaning and a whole lot of sentiment (go Syracuse!)
